That tension surfaced again when veteran strategist James Carville responded to remarks from Michigan Democratic Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed and progressive Twitch streamer Hasan Piker, who suggested Carville should leave the party.
Carville appeared on "Saturday in America" to call them "vicious" and, in the same breath, predicted El-Sayed would still beat Republican Mike Rogers in November.
