Gridiron Capital backs Centroid in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure investment

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure sits at one end of the enterprise cloud spectrum: a platform with its own architecture and partner certification hierarchy, organized around accounts running Oracle software rather than mixing broadly across vendors.

Service providers who have built practices specifically inside that ecosystem hold a different commercial position than generalists.

Gridiron Capital, the New Canaan, Connecticut investment firm, announced July 15, 2026 an investment in Centroid, which it identifies as a premier Oracle Cloud Infrastructure service provider, placing the deal inside its IT Services Thematic Area of Expertise.
