Justin Chatwin calls out Hollywood's failure to support performers after Hayden Panettiere's death

The structure of a working actor's career contains an isolation trap the entertainment industry has never built support around: performers cycle through months on warm, collaborative sets, then step off into solitude without a transition system, carrying roles that can pull at trauma that was never addressed.

Justin Chatwin, who co-starred with Hayden Panettiere on what became her final film, named that mechanism directly as he processed her death at 36.

Panettiere was found in cardiac arrest at her home in Greenville, South Carolina on Aug. The Greenville County Coroner's Office confirmed an autopsy found no signs of trauma contributing to her death.

Her official cause and manner of death remain under investigation. Chatwin spoke to Fox News Digital in an exclusive interview and described his grief as having shifted toward anger.
