LANXESS AG files voting rights notification under German securities law

Germany's ownership disclosure clock runs on a threshold system written into the Wertpapierhandelsgesetz.

When a shareholder in a listed company crosses one of the Act's defined voting-rights levels, Article 40, Section 1 requires the issuer to push that notification out to the market.

LANXESS Aktiengesellschaft did exactly that on 31 August 2026 at 17:36 CET, filing via EQS with Europe-wide distribution designated.

The release carries the Article 40, Section 1 classification of the WpHG (the German Securities Trading Act).
