The press release was published pursuant to Section 7, paragraph 1 sub a of the Dutch Decree on public takeover bids — known formally as the Besluit openbare biedingen Wft — which governs the conduct and transparency requirements of public offers on Dutch-listed targets.

NNS, incorporated in Cyprus and acting as the named offeror, is required to issue periodic public communications as the bid progresses through the procedural milestones prescribed by Dutch securities regulation.
