Nvidia, SpaceX, and Microsoft join Open Secure AI Alliance as AI security pressure mounts

The attack surface that enterprise AI systems introduce has outpaced the security frameworks designed to contain it.

As fallout from a cyber attack targeting OpenAI continues, Microsoft, SpaceX, Palantir, and Nvidia have joined the newly formed Open Secure AI Alliance.

Dozens of additional technology companies from the United States and Europe have also signed on.

The security gap behind the coalition Modern AI deployments span multiple exposed layers: inference endpoints, model weight storage, training pipelines, and the APIs connecting them to downstream applications.
