On Friday, President Trump launched a new round of tariffs targeting 60 trading partners. The European Union, China, and the United Kingdom are on the list.

An action covering 60 partners compresses that option considerably. With the EU, China, and the U.K. all in scope, the field of major economies outside the tariff perimeter contracts.
