Canva has released Canva Craft. It is an artificial intelligence image generation model designed to compete directly with offerings from OpenAI, Microsoft, and Google.
The system employs a two-stage architecture. It plans a design before generating the final image. According to an announcement on Thursday, this approach is intended to provide greater precision, consistency, and control over the output.
Canva Craft is capable of generating images at up to 2K resolution. It supports more than 30 different aspect ratios. The company states that the model can produce social media posts and marketing content, in addition to creating realistic scenes, digital art, and environmental imagery.
