For instance, Google states that a user can ask Gemini about their flight status while driving to the airport. The assistant locates flight details from a confirmation message in Gmail. It then uses that data to look up the current status. The feature also supports direct navigation requests based on calendar data. Users can ask Gemini to "take me to my doctor's appointment" rather than manually entering directions. Additionally, the system can identify locations based on visual data, such as finding a car wash from a stored photo.
