All Elite Wrestling has introduced a new match format called Clockwork Carnage, which will debut at WrestleDream on October 17.
Will Ospreay will defend the AEW World Championship in the bout, adding a high-stakes element to the unique competition. The match involves eight wrestlers and is divided into two distinct stages.
In the first stage, two randomly selected competitors begin the match. Every three minutes, another randomly selected wrestler enters the ring.
Any competitor who is pinned or submits during this entry phase is eliminated. This process continues until all eight wrestlers have entered the match.
