MGM Grand in Las Vegas announced on Thursday that it will open the Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse at the resort in 2027. The restaurant will feature signature cuts sourced directly from Taylor Sheridan's Four Sixes Ranch, with bold flavors rooted in authentic Texas cuisine, according to the release.

Sheridan, the creator of the Paramount Network series "Yellowstone," owns the 6666 ranch in Texas. The property spans roughly 260,000 acres and raises Angus cattle. The new Las Vegas location will also include digital walls showcasing custom footage from Sheridan, bringing the landscapes and spirit of the American West to the dining space.

This venture marks Sheridan's second foray into Las Vegas hospitality. He previously operated a popup restaurant at the Wynn in Las Vegas. The MGM Grand announcement extends his brand's presence in the city, linking his Texas ranching operations directly to a major entertainment destination.

Sheridan's influence extends beyond his ranching business into major entertainment contracts. His NBCUniversal deal is reportedly worth more than $1 billion.
